Some Things to keep in mind before the house call:
If you can, please have your pet's previous medical records easily accessible.
• We tend to spend more time with you and your pet on a house-call than you would spend meeting with the veterinarian at a hospital, so please allow yourself enough time for your appointment.
• We stay on or very close to schedule most of the time, but may occasionally run late due to unexpected traffic or emergencies. We will call you if we expect to be more than 10-15 minutes late.
• Be sure to have your pets in a place where they will be easy to work with. A bathroom can work well for nervous cats. Be sure that your pet is at home and can not hide under a bed.
• Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because we block out time to travel to and from your home.
